Welcome ~ I'm Rach.
I'm tackling a career (and industry) change because life is too short to not pursue what you feel is fundamental to who you are.
What is fundamental to who I am - you ask? In short technology - well and Tea.
As an elder millennial (one of the good ones - don't worry) I grew up with one foot in a world that didn't have the internet (and all that came with it) widely accessible. I was the kid however who had an insatiable curiosity for it. I was the kid who knew about tech and "internet" things way before my peers and always sought it out.
I first fell in love with web development when I discovered I could get behind what I saw on the webpage and change the CSS and HTML. I was hooked. Life throws curveballs however and I never pursued it as a career. It remained a hobby and something I continually dabbled in over the years. Teach myself a little here and a little there.
Enough is enough though - and as mentioned earlier - life is too short.
